8:00 AM ViTravel’s guide and driver pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi then tranfer you to Sung village in Da Bac district, Hoa Binh provine. It’s time for you to enjoy peaceful rural area on a scenic drive to escape the bustling Hanoi city.

11:00 AM Arrive to homestay in Sung village. Be hearted welcome by the homestay’s owners than check in to the homestay – a traditional house of Dao Tien tribes.

Let’s explore the village before having an authentic lunch at the homestay.

In the afternoon, it is time to burn calories by joining in a short hiking trip to the ancient Tro tree, walk about 30 minutes through the old forest to discover Sung cave. Sung Cave has a length of several hundred meters, the high and wide arch is a water cave, in the cave there is a stream flowing through, a place for visitors to wade streams to experience and admire the various stalactites and stalactites. sparkle that nature bestowed.

05:00 PM Return to the homestay to refresh before dinner with the host.

In the evening, you can join in a traditional dance show with locals (if order) or visit Mr Si’s house to learn about Dao Tien people culture, custom and ask for Dao Tien caligraphy or try Dao Tien traditional herbal foot bath.

Overnight in Sung village.

8:00 AM We goodbye the host then take a short trekking (6km) to the Suoi Mong boat station and enjoy a boating trip in the lake to Da Bia village in the other side.

Da Bia village is the home to Muong tribes – An Asean Village where you can see many traditional stilt houses of Muong people, it is a great chance for you to learn about the culture richness of this tribal group.

Lunch is served at a local homestay.

After lunch, let walk around the village to enjoy the tranquility in the middle of Hoa Binh lake before driving back to Hanoi.

Trip ends at your hotel in Hanoi around 05:00 PM.

Option 2: Trekking 9km to Hoa Binh lake and take a very short boat trip to Da Bia village (5 minutes).
